  • Parental Requirement: Our Service is intended for users under the age of 18 ("Children"). However, accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian ("Parent").
  • Registration: Parents must register to create an account. Children do not require an email address and will access the Service through the Parent’s account management.
  • Responsibility: As a Parent, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the activity of any Child you authorize to use the Service. You agree to supervise your Child's use of the Service.

4. User-Generated Content

  • Profile Pictures: The Service allows users to upload profile pictures.
  • License to Use: By uploading a profile picture or any other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, copy, display, and modify said content for the operation of the Service.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload images that are offensive, illegal, infringe on another's rights, or contain sensitive personal information.

All content provided by Just Mathify (excluding User Content), including text, graphics, logos, math problems, software, and code, is the property of Just Mathify and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
